  • Are my SVA Online login details the same as my SVA Portal login details?

    No! Your SVA Online login is NOT the same as your SVA Portal login - they are two entirely separate systems. If we have a student's email address on file, we'll send SVA Online details there. If not, we'll send details to their parent. In most cases, SVA Portal login details are sent to adult students and parents - not to children.

  • I can see courses that I don't have access to. How do I get access?

    SVA Online course enrolments are carefully curated to complement your enrolment with us. A student in ArtistReady will be enrolled in a different set of courses to a private piano student. If you believe there has been an error and that you should have access to a course, just contact us and we'll look into it.
